Eligibility:
· Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
· Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
· Items must be odour free (must not emit any perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odour).
· All product tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
· Sale items or discounted products.
· Customized or tailored products.
· Used, washed, or damaged products.
· Any product returned without original packaging or tags.
Return Process:
· To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shinelavador.com with your order details and reason for return.
· Our support team may request product images or an unpacking video for verification.
· Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Inspection:
· Returned products will be inspected by our quality team once received.
· Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful verification.
Refunds:
· Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
· Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
